Debbie is an accomplished Business Coach who has facilitated and enabled many global clients in her time as a Management Consultant with Price Waterhouse to envisage their strategies, implement their plans and then assess and analyse their performance towards their goals. As a Marketing Director at Barclays and Lloyds, this was critical to the effective running of the department and to the achievement of the business objectives and KPIs. It also furthered effective teamwork and motivated people to achieve their best performance.
During this time, Debbie realised her passion for supporting the empowerment and career development of others. She has for many years mentored a number of women and younger students, with a view to helping them achieve their career ambitions and dreams. She has regularly worked in London and Monaco with clients on the development and enhancement of their CVs in both English and French, assisted candidates in their preparation for new jobs, role-played interviews and helped with Personal Development Plans. It is a personal passion and mission.
