SOLUTION

I deliver tailored consultancy solutions to meet the specific business needs.  My services are highly professional but lower cost than the bigger companies.  My work typically starts with a free consultation, followed by a written proposal which explains my understanding of the requirements and my suggested approach.  I normally produce a proposed work programme to confirm the requirements and identify the most appropriate business solutions, a comment on risks/issues aand how to manage them.  I present and then work to a proposed programme of work and budget/cost, with clearly defined next steps and I confirm the project milestones and the reports, analysis and recommendations that I will deliver to you.

Monthly timesheets and reports are obviously delivered, along with project management tools such as risk analysis, budget control, etc, according to the needs of the business.

My priority is always to help find pragmatic and financially sound marketing, sales, service and commercial solutions which can be effectively implemented, with or without me, and which add value and success to the business

MY COMPETENCE TO HELP YOU 

Debbie’s 40-year career in marketing and communications began when she started her University sponsorship with BP, and she went on to work at Abbey National/Santander, Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, Lloyds TSB Bank and Barclays Bank.  

She was headhunted from BP to set up Abbey National Direct, one of the first UK telemarketing centres in the UK, and she then enjoyed 6 amazing years as a Management Consultant at Price Waterhouse working on many varied UK, European, and American multi-disciplinary projects for large companies and government agencies.  During this period, she was a pioneer of digital marketing and was the author of three books about the use of IT in sales and marketing.

She was then head-hunted to become a Marketing Director at Lloyds TSB and then the Global Marketing Director for Wealth Management at Barclays Bank before moving to Monaco.

Debbie is not only a marketeer but she is an accomplished project manager and an empathetic team leader with great inter-personal skills, a sense of humour, an enthusiasm to solve a business problem and a great passion for collaboration.  She likes to seek the “win-win” for the business, the customer and the team.

Debbie has a First Class Honours degree in Business Studies, a Masters in Marketing, and the TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Diploma and she is currently studying for a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with the Open University.
